Please take the time to read our up-to-date information on sanitation and disinfection protocol in the salon so as to understand some of the changes being made before your next appointment. 

Our staff will be taking the following precautions to protect everyone in the shop:

  • Each chair, station, and sink will be sanitized with medical-grade disinfectant before/after every service.

  • All tools will be sanitized thoroughly with medical-grade disinfectant.

  • All staff will wear masks and PPE at all times while in the salon.

  • We will not be providing full blow dries for haircuts or color services to shorten appointment times.

  • Sanitizing high traffic areas.

  • Temperature checks of the staff upon arrival.

  • We will provide recyclable over-the-ear masks for color and haircut services.

  • Dividers between each station and shampoo bowl.

  • Online product purchases with curbside pick-up will continue to be offered to minimize foot traffic in the shop.

  • Daily disinfection of the salon with medical-grade UVC lights and ozone equipment.

  • Increased air circulation and use of HEPA filtration during operating hours.

What we ask of you during your visit to R&R

  • You must have no symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14-days. You must not have had contact with anyone exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.

  • We will waive the 24-hour cancellation period, but please remember that last minute cancellations directly impact each stylists income after a prolonged period of unemployment.

  • All people inside the salon are required to wear masks at all time, including in the restroom.

  • Upon arriving please call the Front Desk and wait in your car or on the patio outside the shop. As soon as your stylist is ready they will greet you outside.

  • A touch-less thermometer will be used to quickly check your temperature before entering the space.

  • Only one guest per stylist will be allowed unless accompanying a minor or medical attendee is needed.

  • Eating will be not be allowed in the shop at this time.

  • Touch-less payment through Square is preferred, but cash and checks are still welcome.

  • Retail items will be handled and bagged by the Front Desk or your stylist to prevent cross contamination.

  • Despite all these changes to our business we will NOT be increasing our service prices or charging for the PPE we have purchased. We have chosen to invest heavily to protect our staff and clients. 

  • Lastly, please be patient with our staff during this transition. We are doing our best to anticipate issues during the re-opening, but sudden changes may occur that are out of our control due to Covid-19 related incidents or childcare issues.
